Do I need to provide the cleaning products?
No, we provide our cleaners with all the products and tools they need to care for your home to the highest standard. The only exception is a vacuum cleaner — we simply ask that our clients ensure there is a working vacuum available for each visit.
We select only the highest quality, professional cleaning products to deliver sparkling results whilst being gentle on your home. However, you are welcome to provide your own products if you prefer.
Do you clean in my area?
We currently operate primarily in Preston (Lancashire) and the surrounding areas.
Do I need to be home for each clean?
Not at all. Many of our clients provide access instructions, keys, or smart lock codes. We ensure every visit is secure and discreet.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice so that we can rearrange your booking as needed, and give our team of dedicated cleaners plenty of notice and help them manage their workload. We understand that life happens, and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How long does a clean take?
The duration of a clean will depend on the size of your home and the services you require. Please contact us for a free, no obligation chat so we can recommend the right time for your space.
Can I have the same cleaner on each visit?
Wherever possible, yes. We always aim to provide continuity so your cleaner can become familiar with your home, preferences and routine.
